Free seminar in Red Cross disaster preparedness


The police departments in Georgetown and Groveland are hosting a free seminar in Red Cross Disaster Preparedness Education for Adults next Thursday, Feb. 27, at 7 p.m. at the Georgetown Middle/High School, 18 Winter St., Georgetown. Attendees will learn about the American Red Cross, how to prepare family, pets, and property for disasters, and about volunteer opportunities with the Red Cross.
