Construction is underway and on schedule for the Lynnfield Initiatives for Elders Inc. Colonial Village development at Market Street Lynnfield. According to a press release from Tocci Building Cos., a Woburn-based construction company, the seven building footprints have already taken shape, and the $15 million project is scheduled to open in September 2014. When completed, the project will feature 12 town house units, 35 garden-style units, an underground parking garage, and a community clubhouse for individuals and couples age 55 and older. Workers broke ground in fall 2013.
