School superintendent to chat with parents, other residents

School Superintendent Stephen Zrike is offering parents and other town residents an opportunity to speak with him directly about any of their school-related questions, concerns, or ideas. Zrike is holding a series of weekly “fireside chats,” informal events in which he and participants enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and discuss school issues. The chats are alternating Friday morning and Tuesday evenings sessions through April 15. All of the sessions will be held at Beebe Library, 345 Main St., in front of the fireplace in the nonfiction area near the circulation desk. The Friday chats are from 9-11 a.m. on March 14, March 28, and April 11. The Tuesday chats will be held from 5-7 p.m. this Tuesday, and on March 18, April 1, and April 15. Those who would like to attend are asked to schedule an appointment in advance by calling Karen Fitzpatrick at 781-246-6431. Each appointment will be approximately half an hour.
