Southbound track at Oak Grove station to close through end of June


The southbound track at Oak Grove MBTA station in Malden will be closed from Monday until the end of June as part of a project to improve the station’s platform. Shuttles will replace trains until work to build a new emergency exit is completed. The work is the final phase of a $3 million project to improve the station’s track area, signals, power, and handicap access, along with its platforms, which were reconstructed.
