Learn about the Community Path of Lynn

Lynn residents are invited to learn more about a potential recreational trail in the city at a public meeting from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10 at the Lynn Museum, 590 Washington St. The proposed Community Path of Lynn would serve as Lynn’s segment of the Northern Strand Community Trail — an evolving path for bicycling, running, walking, and other non-motorized transport. Bike to the Sea, which is spearheading the Northern Strand, is organizing the Nov. 10 session, which also serves as its annual meeting. When completed, the Northern Strand would stretch along a former railroad right-of-way from Everett through Malden, Revere, and Saugus to Lynn, and along a route to be determined to Lynn Shore Drive.
