The Recreation Department is accepting applications for a range of winter programs ranging from yoga to skiing. Zumba runs once a week for six weeks starting Jan. 14 and costs $50. Ski and snowboard lessons for grades 3-8 begin Jan. 10 and cost $270 and up, depending on equipment rental. There is yoga for children ages 7-10 and girls ages 10-14 beginning Jan. 8 and costing $90. A free Homework Club for grades 6-8, operating on a drop-in basis, provides help by teachers Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at the Middle School library.
