Avon: Once upon a time, excited children flocked to Jordan Marsh at Downtown Crossing to see the animated figurines and charming Yuletide scenes of the Enchanted Village, a Victorian-era holiday display created by Bavarian toy makers. In 2009, the vintage display got a new home, which means today’s kids can get the same enchanted thrill. Sunday and Monday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Jordan’s Furniture, 100 Stockwell Dr. Free.

Stoughton: In his one-man tribute show, Dennis Stephen bears an uncanny resemblance to the legendary John Lennon. Songs in the Lennon Show include “She Loves You,” “Ticket to Ride,” “Strawberry Fields Forever,” and “Revolution” from Lennon’s years with the Beatles, as well as memorable songs from his solo career such as “Imagine,” “Woman,” and “Stand by Me.” Saturday, 9 p.m. The Last Shot, 559 Washington St. Free.
