Winter is here and the town’s ban on all-night on-street parking from 2 to 5 a.m. is in effect until April 1. Vehicles left on the street or sidewalk will be ticketed by police. During snow plowing, vehicles should not be parked on streets or sidwalks, regardless of the time of day, and will be towed at the owner’s expense. Clearing snow and ice from private property onto the sidewalk or street is prohibited, and property owners will be held responsible if an accident occurs. It is also illegal to pump water or other liquids onto the sidewalk or street prior to April 1.
