New animal control officer

The town has a new animal control officer, Ashley Mills of Hingham. She works Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and is on call for emergencies. Mills, 25, was an EMT for a private ambulance service for six years, has worked as a kennel attendant and veterinary technician, and has helped rescue stray dogs. Hull had been using Hingham’s animal control officer, Leslie Badger, under a regional arrangement, but decided to switch back to its own staffer.
