No precincts thus far have mustered enough candidates to fill all the Town Meeting member seats. A look at the specimen ballot for the April 9 town election provided by Town Clerk Cheryl Mooney shows that Precinct 1 has two candidates for eight seats; Precinct 2, four for seven seats; Precinct 3, four for seven seats; Precinct 4, seven for eight seats; Precinct 5, two for seven seats; Precinct 6, four for eight seats; Precinct 7, no candidates for eight seats; and Precinct 8, one candidate for nine seats. Seats can also be filled by write-in and “sticker” candidates, and information on those methods is available from Town Moderator Howard Hansen at 781-344-4282.
