Students giving back

Students at the Jacobs Elementary School are looking for ways to give back to the community in the school’s First Annual Service Week. Organizations ranging from the Hull Council on Aging to Hull Lifesaving Museum are looking for students to help with a long list of activities. For example, the Hull Public Library could use help dusting shelves and books, and the Fort Revere Restoration Project is looking for fourth- and fifth-graders to help with a park cleanup. Other suggestions include taking flowers to senior citizens or collecting canned food. Service projects will be celebrated with a schoolwide assembly on April 26.
