A proposed $210,411 Proposition 2½ override to fund part of the town’s assessment for the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District will appear on the ballot of the May 18 annual town election. The amount represents the difference between what the district is seeking from the town for its assessment in fiscal 2014 and the amount the town has included in its proposed budget.
