Art in the Park

The first “Art in the Park” event will be held this summer at the Jones River Park, and the Kingston Cultural Council is seeking applications from artisans to create works for an exhibition. The event is scheduled for Aug. 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Jones River Village Historical Society will hold a breakfast that morning at its headquarters building, the Major John Bradford Homestead. Applications are due by April 30, and should be sent with a $25 exhibition fee to the Kingston Cultural Council, 26 Evergreen St., Kingston, MA 02364.
