Smartphone app allows residents to report issues

Residents can now report potholes, trash issues, and other problems via smartphone through a new app, Commonwealth Connect. Randolph partnered with the organization SeeClickFix through a three-year grant from the City of Boston to make the app available to residents. The app allows residents to report an issue by mapping the location, adding a description or picture, and receiving a notification when the issue is resolved. Commonwealth Connect can be downloaded for the iPhone on the Apple App Store and for Android on the Google Play Store. For more information about the app, visit the town website at
