The Randolph Police Department announced last week the results of the “Click It or Ticket” partnership with the state Executive Office of Public Safety and Security’s Highway Safety Division. The safety-belt enforcement campaign ran from May 20 to June 2 and resulted in 36 drivers being cited for safety-belt violations. The campaign also resulted in a number of other citations and warnings to drivers, including 17 for speeding, two for suspended licenses and three for child safety violations, as well as three criminal summonses. The campaign was funded by a grant through the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.
