The Mattapoisett Land Trust is offering its fifth annual $1,000 Blanche B. Perry Scholarship to a resident high school senior graduating by June from secondary school and pursuing an education in the sciences, environmental studies, or a related field. The scholarship is made available through the Edith Glick Shoolman Fund, a bequest left to provide support for community children, according to the land trust’s website. Application forms are available at www.mattlandtrust.org/education, and at guidance offices at Old Rochester Regional High School in Mattapoisett, Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical School in Rochester, Tabor Academy in Marion, and Bishop Stang High School in Dartmouth.
