The town’s Traffic Commission is slated to meet at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the council chambers at Town Hall, with its agenda including a request for parking on one side only of Hawthorne Street, a dead-end residential road with about a dozen houses. The board will also consider a request for traffic-calming measures at Spring and Palfrey streets, about a quarter-mile from Watertown Square. For more information, contact Sergeant David Sampson at the Police Department at 617-972-6547.
