Town lists updated property values

Residential property values dipped by 1 to 2 percent  on average in the town’s revaluation for this fiscal year, Assessor Dorothy Wilbur  stated in an announcement on the certification process. Her department has posted the assessed valuation, which is the basis for tax bills, for properties in town online at www.stow-ma.gov. Appeals can be filed through the abatement process after tax bills are issued this month, Wilbur noted in her statement.
