Library celebrates new kids’ space

The Marlborough Public Library will host an open house Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. to celebrate the makeover of its children’s room. The event features refreshments and activities for kids. The renovation took most of last year, and includes new shelving, furniture, paint, and carpeting. It cost around $80,000,  paid for through a mix of fund-raising and city funds.
