Screening for disabilities in children

The school system will conduct a screening Friday for 3- and 4-year-old children who have a suspected disability. The screening will test for signs of autism, emotional, intellectual, or neurological impairment, developmental delay, and physical disabilities, among other conditions. Parents seeking more information or to schedule a screening appointment can call Susan MacKinnon at 508-541-5478, ext. 0.
