Groton police to hold women’s self-defense class

The Groton Police Department will be conducting a women’s self-defense class for ages 14 to 59 from 6 to 9 p.m. every Monday between March 18 and April 8. There is no cost and it is open to both residents and nonresidents. To register, call the department at 978- 448-5555or e-mail police@townofgroton.org. The classes will be held at the Peter J. Twomey Youth Center, 348 Main St.
