Open seat on town’s Personnel Board

Natick town officials are seeking any interested residents to apply for a spot on the town’s Personnel Board, which is the policy-making authority for matters regarding town employees. Board members are in charge of approving a classification and pay plan for non-union employees to Finance Committee and Town Meeting; reviewing and recommending employee benefit programs and conditions of employment; and advising and reviewing personnel procedures and administrative practices as defined in town laws. Anyone interested in serving on the board can send a letter of interest or the committee form found at www.natickma.gov to: Natick Town Administrator, 13 East Central St., Natick, MA 01760. Applications can also be sent via e-mail to mfleming@natickma.org, or faxed to 508-647-6401.
