Town Meeting OK’s funds for school study

Residents taking part in annual Town Meeting last month approved spending $17,700 from reserve funds on a feasibility study to address several issues at the Lincoln School. The money would be spent only if the town is invited by the Massachusetts School Building Authority to submit a feasibility study as part of its funding application process. The town is submitting a new statement of interest for the project after its previous plan was rejected by voters.
