Volunteer for annual cleanup

The town will celebrate Earth Week with its annual roadside cleanup and general beautification of business districts, public areas, and parks from 9 a.m. to noon April 27. The rain date is May 4. To receive an assignment for the cleanup, residents can call the selectmen’s office ahead of time or stop by the Town Hall parking lot on the day of the event. Trash bags and safety signs for vehicles being used in the cleanup effort will be distributed from 9 a.m. to noon. The selectmen’s office can be reached at 978-639-3399. For more information, visit
