Medway

Report problems via smartphone app

The town has launched a smartphone application, called Commonwealth Connect, to help residents report issues such as potholes, streetlight outages, and fallen tree limbs to the Department of Public Services. Residents with smartphones can download the application and register with an e-mail address. The GPS component of the app identifies the location of the reported problem, and users can take photographs to attach to their report. Residents can then track their problem through to its resolution via the application. For more information, visit the town’s website, www.townofmedway.org .
