New school administrator named

The school district’s newly appointed director of pupil services, Marie T. Harrington, will begin her duties on July 1. The position previously had been called director of special education. Harrington will replace Michael Dubrule, who has been serving as the interim director. For the last 16 years, she has been coordinator and administrator of special education for the Wachusett regional school system, which covers the Worcester County towns of Holden, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, and Sterling.
