Food drive at the polls Tuesday

Supporters of the local food pantry, A Place to Turn, are encouraging residents to drop off donations of nonperishable food items when they go to the polls Tuesday to vote in the special statewide primary election for US Senate. Canned beans, dry and canned soups, dry cereal, macaroni and cheese, and juice are among the items that are needed by the food pantry. The polls in Town Hall will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
