Selectmen will meet May 7 with a developer seeking to build an affordable-housing complex under the state’s Chapter 40B regulations. William Depietri plans to build 180 condominiums on 25 acres along Park Central Drive, just off Route 9, with most of them slated to be two-bedroom units. The public meeting with selectmen, slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. in Town House, 17 Common St., will center on potential traffic impacts.
