Consultant to guide search for top aide


Selectmen last week selected Plymouth-based MMA Consulting Group to assist with the town’s search for a new executive assistant. Paul Blazar is retiring from the position next month, and finance director Christopher Sandini will fill the role on an interim basis. Selectmen, who have said they hope to appoint a permanent replacement by October, previously appointed residents to serve on a search committee.
