Developer appealing denial of permit

The developer of the proposed Brewer Estates subdivision at 244-246 Boston Road will go before the Zoning Board of Appeals during its 7:30 p.m. meeting Wednesday to seek the reversal of a Conservation Commission decision in December. The commission denied the developer’s request for a storm-water management permit, which is required for construction on the property. The proposal calls for three single-family homes and two duplexes providing a total of seven residential units. The board meets in the Town House’s McAuliffe Hearing Room.
