Town officials recently announced the launch of an online initiative aiming to connect residents with local merchants. The “In Wellesley’’ campaign (www.inwellesley.org) allows shops, restaurants, and other businesses to set up customized pages on the website providing details about their operation. The shared site also features coupons, menus, store locations and hours, and job postings for residents.
