New England Baseball Enterprises, which operates the Ruffnecks developmental baseball program, will be providing details on its proposal to build a training complex on Route 20 during the Planning Board’s 7:30 p.m. meeting Tuesday in Town Hall. The organization is seeking approval for its site plan for the East Coast Golf Academy and Driving Range property, where it wants to construct a training facility, administrative office, concession stand, and three baseball diamonds. Run by a former Red Sox assistant general manager, Steve August, the New England Ruffnecks offers specialized training for baseball players from 13 to 18 years old.
