Library to host bike parade Wednesday

Things are about to get colorful, patriotic, and loud at the Fiske Public Library, which is hosting a Fourth of July bike-decorating party and parade Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Sweatt Meeting Room. Youngsters can bring a bike, scooter, wagon, doll carriage, or baby buggy to the Randall Road library, where red, white, and blue decorations will be provided. After the bikes and buggies are decorated, a parade will be held, and youngsters can bring along toy horns or musical instruments to play during the parade. Registration is not required for the free event.
