Lions Club carnival kicks off Tuesday

The Lexington Lions Club’s annual Fourth of July carnival kicks off Tuesday in Hastings Park, where a display of fireworks will be held Wednesday at dusk. The carnival will run from Tuesday through Saturday, and feature rides, games and plenty of food. The carnival will be open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday, when it will feature special youth games starting at 10 a.m., and Saturday.
