Weekly concerts underway

Wrentham Recreation Department’s “Concerts on the Common” series is underway, with music scheduled each Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on the town common this summer and a final concert on a Saturday to coincide with Wrentham Day. Tonight’s concert features the Bob Cohen Blues Band, and the schedule continues as follows: July 14, Sharon Community Band; July 21, National Guard group GRUV; July 28, Gopherbroke; Aug. 4, Berkshire Valley Boys; Aug. 11, Dixie Diehards; and Aug. 18, the Bill McGoldrick Acoustic Duo. There will be no concerts the following two weeks. The series closes on Sept. 7 with a performance by the Infractions.
