The Medfield Public Library is hosting two workshops leading up to the start of the school year on required reading for middle schoolers. On Tuesday and Aug. 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., middle-school students can attend workshops on the book “Wonder,” which is required summer reading. The book is about a boy with a facial deformity who starts school for the first time. The workshops will help review the story, and come up with new ideas. They will also include food, music, and art. Students may attend one or both workshops.
