Organizers seek help with Sept. 21 parade

The town’s tercentennial parade on Sept. 21 will start at 1 p.m. and last for about two hours , with its lineup of 100 participants including local organizations, bands, floats, military units, veterans, color guards, businesses, and representatives of Medway’s founding families. The parade will begin at the intersections of Main, High and Franklin streets and proceed along Main Street, take a right turn onto to Holliston Street, and finish near Medway Middle School. The committee is recruiting volunteers to assist staff at the staging area, along the parade route, and near the middle school. Volunteers are also being sought to assist police officers with detour routes and to oversee parking areas. To volunteer, call 508-533-8361.
