A free program for people suffering from neck pain will be held on Oct. 24 at Milford Regional Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, 2 Forge Parkway in Franklin. The lecture will begin at 7 p.m., when physical therapist Gina Driscoll will share tips on how to decrease the stress on your neck that may help improve pain caused by muscle strains from overuse, worn joints, nerve compression, herniated disks, or bone spurs. Registration for the lecture, part of a series offered by the Milford Regional Medical Center, can be arranged through the facility’s website, www.milfordregional.org.
