Plans for Groton Inn on warrant Oct. 21

The fall Special Town Meeting is scheduled to convene at 7 p.m. Oct. 21 at the Groton-Dunstable Regional Middle School. One of the articles on the warrant involves a conceptual plan to redevelop the former Groton Inn property on Main Street. A group of investors is proposing to build a 3-story, 24-room inn with a 50-seat restaurant. The plan also calls for the construction of up to 30 long- and short-term rental cottages, as well as a fitness area and caretaker’s residence.
