Most of the proposals involved open space and recreation projects, with requests for funds for land acquisition; restoration of the town-owned Rogers property; work on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail; renovation of playing fields at Concord-Carlisle High School; and infrastructure and accessibility improvements on the new play structure at Concord Children’s Center.
