Birds of Winter presentation Nov. 7


Professional photographer, naturalist, and author John Rockwood will discuss winter birds of New England at the Sherborn Library, 4 Sanger St., Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The free lecture will include a mix of photographs and video of many local species, including cedar and bohemian waxwings, bald eagles, screech owls, and cardinals. Rockwell will share anecdotes about taking pictures of this wide range of birds as well as facts of note about each type.
