The annual “Small Works” show, which features artwork no larger than 12 by 12 inches, will run through Dec. 29 at the Arsenal Center for the Arts . The works are geared toward a holiday shopping audience, as each piece is priced under $300, organizers said. There will be a reception on Nov. 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. On exhibit will be nearly 100 pieces created by 30 artists working in a wide variety of media, including paintings, drawings, photography, conceptual sculptures, and mixed-media works, organizers said. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Sunday noon to 6 p.m. The exhibit is free and open to the public. The Arsenal Center for the Arts is at 321 Arsenal St., and offers free parking.
