The town’s winter parking ban started Nov. 1. Vehicles cannot be parked on town streets between the hours of 1 and 5 a.m. All streets are included in the ban, including side streets, dead ends and cul-de-sacs. Violators are subject to a $15 fine, and habitual violators who receive more than three tickets are subject to having their vehicles towed. The ban runs through April 1.
