Design session for junior architects

The Medway Public Library will hold a dream-house design studio for budding architects Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Cole Room. Aimed at students in grades 5 through 8, the program will provide an opportunity to sketch and develop ideas for a dream house, using drafting tools to draw a scale floor plan, and build a model of the house. A take-home activity packet will help participants design, draw, and build after the program ends. Participants should bring their own lunch. For more information or to sign up, call the library at 508-533-3217 or e-mail mperkins@minlib.net.
