Bird photographer to share pictures, stories

An award-winning wildlife photographer and author will share his birding photographs and stories at Hazen Memorial Library on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Peter Christoph will lead a narrated slideshow of his favorite bird photographs taken in Massachusetts, and will discuss the techniques he uses to capture his images, as well as his favorite places to photograph birds in their natural environments. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge in conjunction with the town’s Conservation Commission. The program is free, although donations are suggested.
