Board to review medical pot article

The Planning Board has several public hearings scheduled for its meeting Monday night, including a discussion of a highly debated warrant article on medical marijuana dispensaries being presented at this spring’s Town Meeting. The article was tabled at Special Town Meeting in October and the town has been reworking the original proposal. The hearing on the revised article, which allows for more options and easier access to the facilities, has been scheduled for 9 p.m. Other hearings include a continued discussion on a Firmin Avenue office building expansion; a site plan review for the New England Center for Children; and a hearing on the updated FEMA flood-zone map. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Town House’s McAuliffe Hearing Room , 17 Common St.
