Absentee ballots are available for next month’s municipal election, according to an announcement from the town clerk’s office. Registered voters who will be unable to get to the polls on March 4 can obtain an application at the clerk’s office, or by mail or e-mail. Required information includes the voter’s name, voting address, signature, and instructions on where to send the ballot. Applications may also be filed by a family member. The deadline to file an application is noon on March 3, officials said. This spring’s ballot includes two seats on the Board of Selectmen and two on the School Committee, as well as various other positions. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information or for a full list of candidates, visit the town clerk’s page at www.ci.wellesley.ma.us or call the clerk’s office at 781-431-1019.
