Hypnosis class to help to smokers quit

Hypnosis classes for people motivated and ready to quit smoking are being offered on April 8 and 29 at the Milford Regional Medical Center. The one-session classes start at 7 p.m. in Conference Room C in the hospital’s main building. Certified hypnotherapist Laurie Barefoot will lead the class. Hypnosis “is safe, reliable, and fast,” according to the hospital’s website, and can remove the craving to smoke. The class costs $35, and class size is limited. More details and a registration form are available online at www.milfordregional.org .
