Waltham artists throw open their studios

Waltham Open Studios will be hosting artists from Waltham Mills Artists Association, Lincoln Studios, and Metalwerx this weekend. Visitors to the free event at 144 and 289 Moody St. will have the opportunity to meet artists, tour their studios, browse, and purchase original artworks. The 75 participating artists specialize in sculpture, printmaking, metal arts, and more. The studios will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 and Sunday, Nov. 8. The Rosebud, a recently launched gallery of Brandeis University's Rose Art Museum, a short walk away at 638 Main St., will also be open and showing a William Kentridge film.
