The FAFSA is the federally required form for all students seeking federal financial aid for higher education. Students attending college during the 2016-2017 academic year must complete the 2016-2017 FAFSA, available after Jan. 1, 2016, at www.fafsa.gov if they are interested in receiving federal and state financial aid.

FAFSA Day Massachusetts will be held on Jan. 31 and Feb. 21. During those days and other days in that time frame, volunteers will be on hand at sites throughout the state, including in Framingham, Marlborough, Malden, Burlington, Lawrence, Lowell, Lynn, Salem, Wakefield, Amesbury, Attleboro, Brockton, Franklin, Quincy, and Plymouth, to provide free assistance to students and families seeking to complete the form.
